Bookmarklets
To integrate infotropic into your browser(s) you can use a few bookmarks to
automatically open infotropic or to add a bookmark without having to enter the
URL and title yourself.
Log into infotropic
If you want to place a bookmark to infotropic in your browser's title bar or
anywhere else, you may find it convenient to link to
http://infotropic.net/login.php
If you are still logged in, you will automatically redirected to the page you
have last visited.
Of course you can also set your browser to automatically open this address
whenever you open a browser window. If you frequently start browsing from known
sites, this may be convenient for you.
Adding bookmarks
You can add this link
to your browser's bookmarks to simplify adding sites to infotropic's bookmark
list. Put it into your browser bar and call it "page->infotropic" or anything
else you want. When you find a page that you want to add, click on this link. It
will take you to infotropic (asking you to log in if you aren't logged in yet)
and will allow you to edit the new bookmark's title and description. You can
also choose which folder you want to put it in. When you save, you can choose to
be taken back to the page or to stay on the infotropic site.
Adding notes
Put this
link into your browser's bookmarks to have quick access to creating
a new note.
